Description

The step-up/buck voltage converter on the XL6009 chip, assembled using the SEPIC topology, is capable of producing a stable output voltage from 1.25 to 35 volts with input voltage from 5 to 32 volt. This means, that the output of the pulse voltage converter will always have a given stable voltage, despite , that at its input the voltage may be less, and more than at its output.

The converter has built-in thermal protection and operating current limitation. The output voltage is regulated using a high-precision potentiometer.

XL6009 buck-boost converter can be used in laptop car adapters, in automotive and industrial devices, requiring voltage higher than the mains voltage level, in portable electronics, it is indispensable in solar photovoltaic systems, systems, using wind energy, and other applications, where there is voltage instability.
