Description
One of the cheapest microcontrollers for performing primitive. With the appropriate libraries, it is easy to program in the Arduino IDE.
General characteristics:
- 120 instructions optimized for programming in high-level languages;
- 32 general register;
- almost every instruction is executed in 1 generator cycle, due to which the speed reaches 20 MIPS (20 million operations per second);
- 1kilobyte of flash memory for programs (self-programming);
- 64byte EEPROM (non-volatile memory);
- 64byte SRAM (Random Access Memory).
Periphery:
- one 8 bit timer/counter;
- two PWM channels;
- 4 channel 10-bit ADC;
- analog comparator;
- SPI serial interface;
- watchdog timer, external interrupts on all pins.
Nutrition, frequency:
1.8 – 5.5V (for ATTiny13V) up to 10MHz
2.7 – 5.5V (for ATTiny13) up to 20 MHz
In operating mode, it consumes 240 μA with a power supply of 1.8V and a master oscillator frequency of 1 MHz. In power-saving mode Power-down consumption is less than 0.1uA at 1.8V
