Description

The controller is used to measure the current ambient temperature using a remote moisture-proof sensor and compare the obtained values with the specified parameters. The ambient temperature measurement range is from -50 to +110 °C. With the help of the LED display, the current ambient temperature and menu items are visualized. The device can operate in 2 modes: cooling (C) and heating (H). Based on the specified mode, the electromagnetic relay turns on or off the load, connected to the device.

Device connection:

Power and load are connected to the device using 4 wires:

    • Red: device supply voltage 220 IN
    • Black (with red): device supply voltage 220 IN
    • Yellow: Load connected
    • Black (with yellow): common load wire

Also on the thermostat board are 3 buttons:

  • SET : when pressed, opens the device menu or saves changes
  • Up Arrow: Increases parameter values
  • Down Arrow: Decreases parameter values

Device Programming:

When voltage is applied to the device, the display shows the current ambient temperature. In order to open the menu, you must hold the button with hieroglyphs (SET) for 5 seconds until the menu item appears. Then you can navigate through the menu using the "arrow up" and "arrow down" buttons.. In order to select the desired menu item, briefly press the SET button. To save the changed settings, you must press the SET button or do not interact with the device for 5 seconds. All saved parameters after turning off the thermostat remain in the memory of the microcontroller.

The device menu consists of 4 items:

    • P0: upper temperature setting limit -50 to +110 °C
    • Q1: lower temperature setting limit -50 to +110 °C
    • P2: sensor calibration from -10 to +10 °C
    • P3: delay on/off relay activation 0 – 10 with

Pressing the buttons and turning on the device are accompanied by sound signals.
Emergency indication:

When not working properly, the device may display the following error codes:

"LLL": remote temperature sensor is not connected to the device
"HHH": temperature above or below the set range
"—": overheating protection has tripped
Reset to factory settings:

To reset the device to factory settings, follow these steps:

Power off the device.
Hold the up and down arrow buttons at the same time.
Connect power, after which the display will show the value "888", which reports a successful operation.
