Hot melt adhesive has good thermal conductivity, elasticity, adhesion to aluminum and other materials, fills the gap between element and heatsink, when fully cured, securely glues them together. Reduces thermal resistance, increasing the efficiency of heat dissipation. Thermally conductive adhesive does not conduct electricity, can be used as an insulator.

Mode of application:
