Description
Rosin based flux, used for mounting microcircuits in BGA cases, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP, characterized by very good wetting of the working surface. Flux residues have a fairly high temperature resistance. The flux is hygroscopic, inactive and very isolated. Thus, there is no big need to remove it. Nevertheless, flux residues can be washed off with alcohol-based products or gasoline.
